Can I cancel my order? 
If after placing your order you realise you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order, then we can process a cancellation within 60 minutes of the order being placedProvided it’s within the 60 minutes and the order hasn’t shipped, we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund for you.
Do you do exchanges?
We don't currently do size exchanges since our suppliers are based all over the world and we don't have a storefront. We are working to build out a system where our customers can do exchanges in the future -- but it's not currently possible. We appreciate your understanding! 
Where is my order ?
If you're order has not arrived within a month of ordering please get in touch with us. If you reach out to us after a month then we cannot guarantee that we will be able to assist.
Can I update my address?
Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your. If its after 24 hours, we can no longer update your address.  
My order arrived broken
We check each order carefully before sending it out but occasionally an order will get damaged during the shipment process. If this is the case, please us an email with you order details.
Something is missing from the order
While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at sales@pawfectlove.com we can get this sorted for you. If this happens, we will require a photo of what you received for verification purposes.
As, we ship directly from our suppliers around the world. if you purchased several items,your order may very likely arrive in different packages. Please be patient and the rest of your order will arrive soon!

We use Stripe and Paypal, the leading international payment providers, to process all purchases.
